ChainCatcher 消息，据 VentureBeat 报道，区块链合规公司 Forte 收购 Web3 身份和隐私技术公司 Sealance Corp，具体收购金额未披露， Sealance 开发人员将加入 Forte。

此前，Forte 于 2021 年筹集了 7.25 亿美元，并收购了 Rumble Games。
